Remove the deprecated Log4JCategoryLog class, now that the trunk of Log4J
has finally removed the Category class. In C-L, this has been deprecated for a very long time, and is replaced (invisibly for most users) by Log4JLogger. git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/jakarta/commons/proper/logging/trunk@139053 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68
